To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Cart" link and proceed to checkout.

 

SHOPPING ONLINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

 

 

Wholesale accounts are only approved for legitimate businesses.  Potential customers must complete a form and provide proof that they own a legitimate business.  We do allow businesses to sell online if they have a "bricks and mortar" business.  Businesses that sell strictly online are approved on a case by case basis and is limited to only a few sites. We will not approve ebay stores, auction sites, or trunkshow businesses.  Busy Bee Bows reserves the right to discontinue sales to any business that does not follow our policy.

 

All opening wholesale orders must purchase a minimum of $100.00 before an order can be shipped. If a first time order does not meet $100.00, an additional order with added shipping to total $100.00 would have to be made before order can be shipped. 

 

Due to the nature of wholesale orders and discount pricing, we do not accept returns on wholesale products.  Please contact us if you have a quality issue or your order is incorrect. 

 

Busy Bee Bows reserves the right to change their policies at any time without notification.

 

Due to reasons beyond our control, certain styles, ribbon, color/prints may go on back order or  may be discontinued.  If this happens, the customer will be contacted and another selection can be made or a refund will be given.

 

We do our best to provide you with a very good representation of our bows.  We can not guarantee the exact size, shape or color of  our bows over the internet. 

 

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. Also, we accept credit cards directly to our website.  If paying with an e-check, it must clear before shipment can be made. E-checks can take 3-5 days to clear.  Please remember this if your order has a dead line.

 

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items generally within 7-10

 business days after the order is placed.   Wholesale orders generally ship 7-14 business days, depending on the size of the order. All customers will be notified if it will take longer than the "general" time.  During busy seasons, shipping may take a little longer.  Shipping charges are as follows:

$50.01 to $60.00...$7.00
$60.01 to $85.00...$10.00
$85.01 to $135.00...$12.00
$135.01 and up...$14.00+ Orders over $1000.00 please contact us for amount.

Large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified immediately via e-mail if any additional charges will apply.

 

If you are a retail customer we do accept returns on non custom orders. Custom orders are defined as anything that is made for you that is not a selection on our website and any special personalization of your products.  You may return your order within 14 days of purchase with packaging still attached for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Please contact us for further instructions for processing your return.  If you are a wholesale customer, due to the nature of wholesale orders and discount pricing, we do not accept returns.  If there is an issue with quality or  an incorrect order, please contact us at administrator@busybeebows.com .

You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
